Order, Chaos, and the Art of Flow

I’m Mina — a water engineer and artist who has never seen science and art as separate worlds. In my engineering work, I simulate how streams move, how water reshapes the land, how a flow hesitates, gathers, and chooses a new direction.

My drawings come from that same curiosity. I’m fascinated by the exact moment when movement becomes form. It’s neither fully ordered nor chaotic, but a conversation between the two.

MINOOTCHKA ARTS is my studio, where I draw the residue of flow that can’t be captured by equations or held by words. I follow what remains when reason’s language reaches its edge. I put my pen to paper and let the line wander, trace, and surrender. I stop only when something inside me recognizes the story, the quiet dance of order and chaos settling into shape.
